Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using the website, applications, and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Saedi Group LLC, operating the Saedi Tech brand (“Saedi Tech”, “we”, “us”). It applies to everyone who visits saeditech.com, submits our forms, uses our client portal, or otherwise interacts with the Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
1. General principle
Use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and only for their intended purpose. Don’t use them in any way that harms us, our clients, other users, or anyone else.
2. Things you must not do
You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to:
- Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Upload or send anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, obscene, or that you don’t have the right to share;
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services using bots or automated means without our consent;
- Use the Services to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications;
- Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted;
- Use the Services to build a competing product or to benchmark against us without permission.
3. Content you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of everything you submit — form entries, messages, files, images, and any material you ask us to publish on your behalf. You confirm you own it or have the rights to use it, and that it does not violate this Policy.
4. Security
Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly at support@saeditech.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may — with or without notice — remove content, suspend or terminate your access, and take any other action we consider appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination.
6. Reporting misuse

7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
